EXPANDING THE DELAWARE SPEEDWAY TEAM
Two New Members on the Management Team

Delaware Speedway, is pleased to announce two new additions to the Speedway management team, Don Leonard and Joe Czernai. The addition of these team members will help Delaware Speedway’s grow its position as a hospitality destination and an exciting place for corporate marketing.

"The addition of these team members will give us the opporunity to expand and improve the Speedway guest experience," said Operations Manager Paul Houghton.  "We all look forward to working with Don and Joe and seeing their skills in action."

Don “Sparky” Leonard will join the team as Sales and Marketing Manager. Don got involved in racing at an early age at the Checker Flag Raceway in Windsor. For the past twenty-seven years Don worked in the automotive field in various capacities. “Sparky” will be pleased to discuss the many offerings Delaware Speedway has available when it comes to special events, group sales, signage and promotional opportunities. Joe Czernai will be the Hospitality Manger at track. Joe brings with him to the Speedway over fourteen years of experience in the restaurant and food services industry. Joe will oversee the concessions and licensed areas at the Speedway as well as plan the hospitality service at special events, including Delaware Speedway’s signature chalet tents.
