10 Questions for Stephen Richmond
At not yet 20 years of age, Stephen Richmond finished last season in the top 10 in both Delaware's Powerade Modified and Super Stocks classes. He scored his first Open Wheel Modified win at Delaware last August. As you're about to read, Stephen's life is an exercise in time management. This fall he heads to UNC-Charlotte to study Motorsports Engineering.

How did you first get into racing? I was a NASCAR fan from an early age, and started racing in the Junior Racing League at age 8.
What's your biggest challenge? My biggest challenge is managing time between school and work while maintaining two racecars every week.
Who's your hero? My racing hero is Jeff Gordon. He is the reason I first started watching NASCAR.
What's your favourite movie? My favourite movie would have to be Spaceballs, but Talladega Nights ranks up there for sure.
Who's your favourite band or singer? My favourite band is Rush, hands down.
What's your idea of a perfect vacation? My perfect vacation would be spending a few weeks by the beach, and by a racetrack. It can't get much better than that.

What's on the top of your "bucket list"? Race a sports car on the Nurburgring in Germany
If you could be anyone else for a day, who would it be? Someone who lives where I can race all 12 months of the year.
When you're not involved with racing, how do you like to spend your free time? There isn't a lot of free time away from racing and school, but I like to spend it with friends.
