Prizing Bonus for Transmission Direct Enduro Nationals Presented by Demar Aggregates

The Transmission Direct Enduro Nationals presented by Demar Aggregates have a special increased prizing package for the season finale race this Saturday!

 

Demar Aggregates is offering an additional $500 for first place, $400 for second, $300 for third, $200 for fourth and $100 for fifth.  These prizes will be paid out in addition to the regular Delaware Speedway prizing given at the events.  An additional $200 is also being put up for the top finishing four-cylinder driver, on top of the $200 available through the Next Generation Enduro program.

 

L82 Construction is also offering a special bonus for the race.  The driver who finishes in 28th position will receive an $820.00 bonus.

 

The Transmission Direct Enduro Nationals presented by Demar Aggregates takes place on Satruday, September 26, 2009 starting at 2:00 pm.  Dave Goertz (#15) of Arkona holds a narrow four-point lead heading into the final event over Glencoe's David McCullough (#39).  McCullough's younger brother, Derek, sits in third just twenty-three points back from the lead. The drivers will be competing in their extended Transmission Direct Enduro format of 50-lap heats and a 200-lap feature.

 

The Ultimate Sandblasting & Coating Chaos Cars are also on the card for Saturday's event running their "Texas Turnaround" format.  Spencer Rabideau (Bush Bomb) of Glencoe leads the points heading into the final event, with a eighteen-point lead over defending champion Tyssen Toll (Snot Rod) of London.  Rivalries have taken an interesting turn in the series during the off weeks with Snot Rod being issued a challenge from a previously unknown newcomer, "Undertaker".  How the drivers will manage to navigate the course -- and each other, remains to be seen.

 

Spectator gates for the event open at 1:00 pm, racing begins at 2:00 pm.  The Transmission Direct Enduro Nationals presented by Demar Aggregates is the final racing event of the 2009 season.  Tickets for the race can be purchased online at this link.
